A corporate event at two sites

FUZED organised two editions of a corporate gathering at separate sites in Île-de-France. The project connects site preparation, guest spaces and coordination of the delivery team.

Building an event site in Mouroux

For the aerodrome edition, FUZED organised the setup of an initially empty space. A 30 × 10 metre main marquee housed the stage, tables, chairs and a catering area. Production included a presenter, lighting and sound. Several outdoor tents hosted guest activities.

Guest activity spaces

Several outdoor tents hosted activities alongside the main programme. Their layout and organisation formed part of the overall event preparation.

Organisation and logistics

FUZED coordinated site requirements and event logistics, including toilets, signage and photography and video coverage. The work brought together site production, event organisation and content.
